Logic (ha!) would say a mount designed to get a T1/2 to an optic centerline of around 1.15” would be about lower 1/3 on a Duty RDS. (Lower 1/3 seems to be in the range of 1.55” - 1.65”.) All I’m finding is the ADM CASV mount which is 1.15”.

I wish Reptilia made a DOT mount in this height, but…

    My head hurts.
I found ADM makes a mount that works - originally intended for one of the old Vltor CASV rails. That’s about it for QD mounts, I think.

While I don’t own one for the Duty, Scalarworks makes the Leap/10 quick detach for the Aimpoint Duty in 1.57” and 1.93” height options. I have a Leap for the Micro T-2 and it’s been great.

Also look at the LaRue LT-751. With the DRDS it provides a lower 1/3 set up.

So the QD situation isn’t as dire as I thought:

    ADM CASV
    LaRue LT-751
    Scalarworks Leap/10

If you want to try a tall mount, Unity 2.26” is available.

Mine is paired with a Scalarworks mount and the combo is great. This might be the final nail in the coffin for the Aimpoint PRO.

A LaRue LT751 should be here tomorrow.

I found the LaRue LT-751 is too tall for cowitness with MagPul MBUS Pros, so I’m going to try the ADM CASV height mount.

I wish I could use my usual Bobro mount, but Andrew isn't making a proper height riser for the DRDS.

I can confirm the ADM CASV height mount works well with the DRDS.
