Appendix outside the waistband?

Dale Fricke used to make an AOWB holster. I can't remember the model name, and last time I checked it wasn't on his website. However, I bet he'd do a one off if requested.

That is often how I carry this Sparks straight drop rig. It is cut for optics but works fine for non-optics as well and I use it with my G19 frequently. I keep forgetting to find out the name of the holster, but it is similar to a 55 BN in many ways.

Milt Sparks OM-1. Allan Yoast Firearms had them on his Facebook Page and they were on Gunbroker.

My straight drop 55BN for my Commander and my Hi Power would work for AOWB.

Not a J-frame a Glock or an HK..... but the Mernickle Performance Series OWB, threaded thru the "crossdraw" slots (that are slightly past vertical, muzzle forward just a bit) and rolled to the front on the belt to appendix or near appendix, will hold a 4" N-frame where it's ridiculously fast and easy to draw.
It's not the greatest for riding around in my truck tho. For me.

Just ordered the OM-1 for my G19.3 and a corresponding mag pouch (the S-4CF).
8-month wait.
A practice in patience.

I know I have experimented with this in the past but it has been awhile. I remember belt loops getting in the way. I’ll have to dig a few holsters out and try again.

I’m still interested in this as a concept because of continued sciatic nerve irritation from IWB and AIWB. To be honest however I’ve given up on it actually working.

I know this topic has come up before but I’ll ask the question again. Are there any viable alternatives for appendix outside the waistband carry? Ideally for a j frame, Glock 26, or subcompact HK like a P2000sk.
