    Prettier half demanded eggnog in the nice thrift store punch set she scored me. Taught the kids about creaming yolks with sugar, soft vs stiff peaks in meringue, and now some folks are draining the bowl. It's a very slight variation of Alton Brown's recipe. I just bump the liquor to an even three ounces and dial back the nutmeg a bit:
