    @43Under You may wish to consider kettlebell swings: 3 minute rounds followed by 1 minute of active rest. Initially do 3 rounds daily. Work up to 12. When you get to 12 rounds, get a heavier KB and begin again at the 3 round level. Repeat as needed.
