Saturday morning I was driving over to Autozone to pick up a bolt extractor. As I was driving I observed a gentleman walking down the street carrying a catalytic converter. I called PD and had them dispatch a car to hopefully have a chat with the fellow. Of course, carrying a sawn off catalytic converter while walking down the street doesn't rise to the level of probable cause here. We have the "these ain't my pants" defense here and it would only be a welfare check. But fuck it, gotta try something to maintain civilization around here.
