I've been trying the Zero for a couple weeks, in an attempt to make the Clinch Pick work. Here are my thoughts so far.

    1. The Zero belt is very soft and comfortable, and I like the buckle system.
    2. It is not very rigid--really soft for a gun belt.
    3. I can carry a 40oz P-07, but the belt sags, making it slightly harder to draw the gun (less gap between belt and grip).
    4. The belt has to be worn tighter than I am used to, because it lacks rigidity.
    5. 32" was too long for my 31" waist. I had to trim 1.75" and re-epoxy the tip.

I'm going to keep trying but so far I prefer belts with more stiffness.

I would pretty quickly end up getting lower back pain when using it because it needed to be cinched up tight enough to prevent the front from sagging too much due to the weight of the gun & spare mag, but that would put just enough pressure on my lower back to irritate it. I replaced it with a Hunter Constantine belt that, while pricey, was a significant improvement in support and comfort for me. I think the Zero would work better for me if I carried a lighter gun like a P365.
I'm in the same boat and I ended up selling mine. Just a tad too far on the flexibility spectrum for me and didn't adequately support a G17+WML and spare 21-round mag. Also wasn't a huge fan of the tail routing design and how that interfaced with a spare mag worn in an appendix carrier. I believe I saw somewhere that they may be T&Eing a new, thicker version, which would solve half that problem.

From a posting I made in Oct of 22 re related issues re preferred CCW Belt:

In no particular order. I have worn all (below) with g19, g17, g34, g35, g22 Glocks and 5 inch all steel 1911. I have been training/carrying/“competing” mostly IWB/AIWB since 1991:

Mastermind Tactics Specialist Pro for Primarily IWB/AIWB

Tenicor Zero for Primarily IWB/AIWB. Sewn by Wilderness btw.

Wilderness— 3 stitch if primarily IWB/AIWB, 5 stitch if primarily OWB, polymer reinforced for OWB and heavier guns 45+ OZ i.e fully loaded 5 inch steel 1911 w .45 ACP and two mags etc.

All are sewn/cut in the USA by good folks.

    FWIW/YMMV

At first I thought the tail was too long, but I have found it works well to pull on the tail below belt level (while holding the buckle with the other hand) then tuck it under. This helps with getting past the other stuff on the belt.

Yeah, they are coming out with a thicker version.

This the only mention of it I've seen here from Craig Douglas.

I love the original Zero belt. I usually carry a Glock 19, with 15+1 and that's it on my belt and it works perfect for that. But its definitely not stiff enough for heavier gear. Its not stiff enough for me either for OWB carry for IDPA. My other favorite belt is The Foundation from EDC belts and that's what I use for competition.

I will update my original post as well as I have had the belt long enough to feel comfortable commenting.

I carry a Gen 3 Glock 19 with a 508T on top in a Tenicor Velo4 daily. I exclusively use the Tenicor Zero belt and love it. The buckle is easy to adjust and I am able to make mirco-adjustments for comfort or change of positions. While I have not gone jogging in with the belt I have hiked and ran short distances with not problem. The buckle has never slipped. I find the belt strong enough to hold my gun in position, but not too rigid to cut into my side.

I guess I am sounding a bit like Goldilocks, but the Zero belt just plain works for me. It is also my favorite belt when I am not carrying. It is just that comfortable.

I am glad they are making a thicker version to allow for possible OWB carry or at least support gear. I will definitely buy one when they are released.

Of all the belts in my closet, the Zero is hands down the best fit for me.

Yeah the "Fat Boy" will solve that problem.

I ordered one in coyote, and have been using it for a week solid. My thoughts -

Extremely well made, I love the design overall, love the lack of Velcro. It is not stiff enough for IWB carry with a Glock 19, in my opinion. It works great as a regular pants belt, and especially pocket carry of a J frame. It keeps a pocket gun from dragging down my shorts.

My belt experience for the last 15 years has been with the Wilderness Frequent Flyer in 3 and 5 stitch, and currently a Graith Specialist. These belts are far superior for IWB carry, at least for my needs.

Overall, I'm glad I bought it, but I will not be using it every day IWB carry. It will be a OCONUS travel belt and pocket carry belt at this point.

I have found another advantage today because sometimes I have to actually do lawyer things and go into courthouses. At least for some metal detectors, depending on how they're calibrated, the Zero's buckle is minimal enough to not set it off, so while I obviously took the gun off prior I didn't have to do the supremely annoying belt-off-belt-on song and dance.

I know from experience that not all metal detectors are equal and what goes through one will get pinged by another, but this is still a plus in my book.

    Now that’s awesome.

I’m such a fan of the first one the day it arrived and I tried it on I immediately ordered another. If my belt is too thick I really get a hools hoop effect going on. Not sure if it’s just my body type but the zero belt has helped a lot.

I normally cary a G19 or P365 however Ive tried a P30 and it worked well.
