Finally, the eForm4 I submitted in March of '22 (and had to resubmit because ATF somehow corrupted the PDF of my trust documentation and just denied it instead of asking for update/clarification) came back approved.

I just got into suppressors and bought a surefire Ryder MP5. It was submitted 7/18/24 and approved 7/22/24. Decided to pick up a Huxwurx Ventum after some research. It was submitted 7/22/24 and approved on 7/25/24. Its absolutely insane how fast these are coming back. Its faster than buying a gun as we now have a mandatory 10 business day wait time on all guns.
Not gonna lie, getting a little jealous of the quick turnarounds lol. But also humbled every time I see someone who's been waiting(in some cases MUCH) longer than me for their approval as well. I'll cross 100 days this upcoming week, so I've got no real room to complain. My last suppressor took right about 4 months to get the approval back in 2022 (Omega 9k, also an E form 4). I assume this one probably will to or thereabouts.
Seeing the approximate approval times on the ATF's website does not give any hope either because they do not seem to be accounting for such quick turnaround times and I swear, they keep ADDING days.
Submitted Form 4 application 8/15/24. Received approved Form 4 8/22/24.
This was for a suppressor, paperwork handled through SilencerShop Kiosk.

disembodied soul is looking down at his own corpse wondering what happened.
eForm 1 for my P320… individual with EFT.
