The software appears to be working now. My submissions are finally in.

Same. Have a form 1 SBR pending as well. Have seen a few Form 1s get approved in 1-2 weeks which is wild. Fingers crossed I get that lucky!

    Cool!

Best of luck and keep us updated.

    I've been debating form1'ing a braced pistol.

Submitted Form 4 on a trust last week... was way faster than filling out paper forms. If they really start turning these in 90 days, I'll be tickled pink, and knee deep in .22LR brass by summertime. I shall not hold my breath, but I'm hopeful, given how fast they seem to be turning Form 1's.

    May I ask why?

    Just in case?
To be able to put a stock on it?

I have enough AR lowers that I’d now consider creating one that’s more inconvenient to travel with.
Just wondering if there were advantages I hadn’t considered.

    .
    Little bit of both.

I have one SBR, came from the factory that way. I definitely shoot it better then a braced pistol of similar design.

I have a few braced pistols. And I have no intention of changing at least two or three of them no matter what happens with the laws. I will either get rid of them, or get rid of the braces if necessary.

But one of my guns is a pistol caliber and I would want to keep it as an SBR.

That being said I'm just toying with the idea right now. Haven't made up my mind one way or the other.

Travel is not really a consideration for me.
