Somebody with the DOJ filed a brief that suppressors aren't firearms and aren't protected by the Second amendment. JoshS replied in another thread that this may have been an individual position of a legacy employee that may not reflect the current admin's view. Apparently the case is on some sort of hold right now. Remains to be seen what current admin's actual position is and whether govt workforce reduction will change anything with ATF.
I certified my last, in the foreseeable future, e-form 4 on Saturday. We'll see how long it takes.

It's fixed.
A coworker of mine has a cadence and he just took delivery of a suppressor on an eFiled personal Form 4, took about 60hrs to approve.

I swung by Scheels today. They said they hadn’t been told the system had been fixed but they let me try.

It went through!

About same for me. I picked up my Saturday's form 4 can this morning.

Picked up an Omega 300 a couple weeks ago, forgot to post. This one took a week, but the dealer has a kiosk so paperwork submitted far faster than the last one when everything had to get mailed.
