Shield Arms 9 Round Magazine For Glock 43

I got an email today from Shield Arms tentatively announcing a new magazine for the Glock 43. They are stating that the magazine is the same size as a factory with pinky extension, but holds 9 rounds. I love my Glock 43 and this would be an interesting development. Judging by the release of the S15, I will not hold my breath. They did not give a definitive date for release, but they did say the magazine will be metal, is best used with a metal magazine catch, and will have an extention of some sort.

Hopefully these will work out.

I would be much more likely to use this frame than use a Shield mag, but even with this - you first.

I would much rather have a 9 round flush magazine than the 10 round abomination that comes with the gun.

Marketing...... I get it..... If the 43x and 48 only had 9 round mags they would be useless to all the BDU guys. And from a money perspective that's who's most important.

Heck, I will try them. I have and have had 10 of the S15's. I put the beefier spring in all of them and have yet to have an issue with them at all.

Define flush though. I know Glock mags stick out farther than normal, except for the 26/27 - wish they made all grips like that, or at least the 19. Without a grip mod, you won’t get a true flush fit - but I think I know what you’re saying.
