It’s very light. And it’s wide. I think it would be a good open gun optic since vertical tracking would be muted with a comp.
Refresh rate still is low. Seems lower than my older RMSc?
Glad I got 8MOA, I think the 4 would be difficult with the low refresh rate.

Regarding Shield, I sent both units back with prepaid shipping labels to their New York office.
The quality manager did email me directly explaining the issue and hopefully it’s been rectified.
That being said, I’d pick Holosun over Shield now.
Ironic name for that QA fellow. (Perhaps “Notso” should have been his given name?)
I’ll give them credit for responding quickly and positively. Crap happens.

No shit. Had those been Glocks, you'd have been told you're using crap ammo, or don't know how to shoot. Sig would have said the removable glass was working per industry standards, but a non-removable glass "voluntary upgrade" was available.
