There really isn’t much more to discuss, re the OP, until @HCM ‘s rock-solid contribution is addressed.

well if you are really skinny in the waist you might have to carry a subcompact unless you dont care about getting made

    smallest to largest

    P365

    G26
    G19K

    S&W MP2.0 SubCompact
    CZ P10S
the new Ruger compacts look smaller but i dont know nothing about those

i find the g26 much easier to use than the p365, like i don't even have to practice much to hit a paper plate at 10m from the draw. you can carry it almost any clothes too.

so unless you have really short fingers, a g26 is a great edc that will barely print, in any clothing
or, if you plan to carry mostly at night then you'd want something that can hang a light

they are cheap too you can get them for $450 otd if you are a veteran, firefighter, cop or emt or signup for the Glock club

only thing is you should upgrade the sights ~ $90 and buy a tenicor certurm or jmcustom kydex for it

its the best two finger grip gun. there are good reasons for the long assed G26.5 thread and the gen4 threads before that

btw these threads need a 'best posts' compiled...someone should make their kids do it as a chore

G26 2K test results, if it weren't for the ammo shortage caused by the BLM riots + carunka lockdown, for sure the fifth gen wouldve already made it to this list

One post profile with not such a clearly articulated question ... popcorn might be appropriate.

With a screen name that could read as Rock River Arms and Bushmaster ya could be forgiven for thinking it's a troll, hopefully I'm wrong and that he/she/it hasn't logged back into the forum since the afternoon of posting is down to something legitimate.

I live in VA and bought these “just in case” as well. Just like when you buy snow tires it doesn’t snow here. It did work out for me because the AWB did not pass.
For whatever reason my p80 glocks and my only gen 3 runs the Magpul 10 rounders with no issue. My two gen 5 guns have some fail to feed issues with all my magpuls regardless of capacity.

    2. OP where are you?
    3. HCM dropped some EDC platinum right there!

I "might" consider stretching my budget and buy an optics ready model of said pistol such that at some point in the future you could more easily add a red dot sight.

The advice to buy a quality belt and mate it with a quality holster is spot on as well. My default belt rec these days is Mastermind Tactics or Wilderness. My default kydex holster rec would probably be JM, Dark Star, Philster, Tenicor or Keepers as my old go to is out of business.

There are others manufacturers who are good to go and many are regional in nature such that me not knowing of them may not be an indicative of anything.

Good to know; my G17 and G19 are both Gen 3, but if I get a Gen5 G45, I'll make sure to properly experiment with and vet the Magpuls before any serious use.

Which Gen5s did you experience the issues with?

Gen 5 g19 mos and a gen 5 “hybrid” that is a g26 frame with a g45 frame on top.

I do not recall either pistol having a malfunction otherwise.
