Has anyone researched the company at all?
I looked at the website and didn't understand this:
Xinsurance is a DBA of Evolution Insurance Brokers, LC (“EIB”), an excess and surplus lines insurance brokerage which is domiciled in and has its principal place of business in Sandy, Utah.This insurance product is offered by an unlicensed surplus lines insurer. The NPN for EIB is 5464658 and CA license number is 0H93938. This insurance contract is registered and delivered as a surplus lines policy under the surplus line law in the state where the named insured is located. The insurance is not issued by an insurance company regulated by the state where the insurance is issued and is not protected by any state insurance guarantee fund.
Also, is this like other coverages where a someone associated with the company decides whether it was self-defense for coverage purposes?
