If you buy the XL with the R0 installed, there is no rear sight plate, so if you want to go back to irons while noodling out what optic is right for carry, you're going to have to shell out about $75 for a rear sight assembly.
The TLR6 is a light. It's about as bright as a couple of candles - truly pathetic that it's still marketed. I know it's the only option to throw on a non-railed pistol, but, a hand held light will do you MUCH better than a TLR-6.
So, you're trading a Glock for a P365Xl with a crap optic and crap light. I don't think that's a good deal, and I'm very fond of the P365XL, and very UNfond of most things Glock.
Of course, this is just one guy's opinion, and, if you don't like/carry/shoot the Glock, then it's a great trade, if you're going to actually use the 365XL.
