“Tactical” boots

I have black American made Danner Acadias. Very well built. Have been wearing them for 20 years now.

I ended up keeping the Merrills, they are working out well. I even had to wear them on two long sets of flights (8+ hours) since it was more space efficient to put the Jungle Mocs in my suitcase instead of the boots. They were a good choice.

I purchased a pair of the Merrill Tactical 8" boots about 5-6 weeks ago and have been wearing them regularly on walks with my beagle as well as short hikes around my mountain home and in every pistol match I have shot in the past few weeks. I am extremely pleased with my choice and wouldn't hesitate to recommend these boots.
