Yesterday was a small revelation, did about 150 rounds live fire and no question I am spending time letting the dot settle, according to the timer, the split difference between irons and the dot were mostly about .1 slower for the dot on shot to shot on the same target, and as much as .3 going target to target, same gun, same ammo, same targets. First shot from holster was slower as well, usually .1 or .2 at 7 yards and 10 yards

Thanks for the advice, I am adding those three drills you guys suggested and going to see if I can make myself start breaking shots when the streak enters the A zone instead of waiting for it all to settle to a perfectly clear undistorted mostly centered dot which is what I am sure I have been doing. I think possibly that is where the biggest part of my defecit lies.
