It cannot happen soon enough in my view. I'm going to start asking around locally, and see who wants to run against him.

    The anger runs deep here.

Excuse me, like WTF? I thought the DOJ was supposed to be apolitical?

DOJ at odds with SCOTUS? A public statement to the effect?
    What ever happened to professionalism?

Professionalism is so two weeks ago.

Thanks. Unfortunately, not celebrating too much. I got a concussion, broke two ribs and my thumb, and partially collapsed a lung in a mountain bike crash last Saturday. I’m doing alright, but I’m pretty slow at getting anything done right now. I should be able to participate here more this weekend.

In some circumstances, concealed carry in schools is legal in my state. As far as I know there have been no NDs in any school here since the law was passed. Schools may be a "sensitive place" but prohibitions against carrying there based on the likelihood of an accidental shooting of a child strike me as inconsistent with available data and alarmist.

Getting back to today's decision, from what I can tell, it looks like a best case scenario for freedom!

That is 100% Biden Admin virtue signaling. Does DOJ have authority to enforce state laws? That would be a new one on me if they did.

So they can go fuck a rusty barb-wire wrapped dildo.

At best what they are saying is they wouldn't arrest and try NY State agents who were enforcing an unconstitutional law. That's not great, but lawsuits will change that shit quick.

It’s pretty common for the SG’s office to engage in various issues before the Court. The Trump SG’s office actually filed in support of our last case at the Court (which was eventually mooted).

Partly because the left think only white people own guns. Did you see the clip from the View morons a week or so ago?
