    NYSRPA v. Bruen Oral Argument

Oral argument is Wednesday morning at 10. Live audio will be available here: https://www.supremecourt.gov/ (scroll to the bottom of the page).

We just finished the last moot court today. Should be a lively argument.

Am I correct that Paul Clement is arguing for the NYSRPA? If so, that's about the most horsepower we could ask for.

Honestly, I didn't think he was all that great at the outset dealing with the libs, and didn't challenge certain assumptions embedded in the questions or draw distinctions as vigorously as he could. But he got better towards the end. Of course he knows the inside baseball a helluva better than I do and presumably knows what he's doing.

The NY Solicitor General is utterly unimpressive. Comes across as a first year law student in the early rounds of the Moot Court competition
