I wish you had these a few months ago. I got a few of the AIWB / IWB multi-purpose pouches and use them with the Covert belt turned the other way making them essentially OWB. But it looks like the double loop on these make the pouch a lot sturdier. Any other differences compared to the AIWB / IWB pouches?

They are the same carrier but now for OWB carry. We have had a lot of people request them for OWB use with traditional belt carry and a lot of people that wanted to run them on their Covert like you are doing with the original pouches. They will be slightly lower profile and should stay in place a bit better when using them with a Covert compared to the AIWB versions. If you are running them on the Covert one thing to keep in mind is that they will not allow as much cant back and forth as the AIWB/IWB ones will.
