Every court or sometimes individual judges will have their own individual policies. I never got to handle live weapons outside their boxes, but would have liked to for some cases.

The Twitter Robespierres of the Left are already calling on AG Garland to charge a Rittenhouse federally if he beats the state charges. Not that there’s much to charge.

Also, does anyone want to guess on when we see a verdict. I’m going to guess Wednesday.
If I understood correctly, the judge ruled that if they found self defense was valid the jury could not then find him guilty on a lesser included offense.

Alan Dershowitz, OTOH, thinks he will be acquitted and have grounds for civil suits. So if I am looking for opinions:
    A) People on Twitter
    B) Famous Harvard Law professor
    Imma gonna go with B...

I don’t need either to tell me there aren’t viable federal charges.

But that doesn’t mean it won’t be the next narrative from the left.

Yep. I hope those words turn to ashes in her mouth.

I know nothing of Sheridan Road. What does he refer to?
