Well, I have new mags for my home defense loadout for my AR-15:
After careful reconsideration, I have decided that I am not going use them for a self defense loadout. They might the wrong message to the D.A. or a potential jury, and it might open the door for the prosecution to call Alec Baldwin to the stand. Then the defense would have to call James Woods to counter him.
Here is a snippet of the actual charging documents, which were filed today.
The case against Baldwin as a producer who ran a reckless, cheap circus of a movie set is more convincing than the case against Baldwin as an actor who pointed a gun at someone and pulled the trigger. Both theories are addressed separately.

Baldwins second biggest problem is his wife. She's bound and determined to portray her husband as the victim in all this. She's so narcissistic, she doesn't realize how much that's backfiring.
I think Baldwin the actor will be acquitted, but Baldwin the producer may take it up the ass.

Prosecutors dropped the gun enhancement because the law they charged him with was updated after the shooting.
I also have to call out the NY Times for pushing the whole "the gun did it, not me" defense:
was holding the gun that discharged?
So should we then say Dexter Morgan was holding the knife that stabbed Alex Timmons?
