    Quick-strip pouches

    Who carries their quick strips in pouches, and what kind do you use?

    Reed and Malloy.....ok they are dump pouches and I’ve been watching too much Adam 12 lately.

    Have you looked at something like this?

    While I typically slide a strip into my back pocket, this pouch works well:

    I had an ER nurse in a class. I noticed she kept taking all head shots. Her response when asked why, "'I've seen too many people who have been shot in the chest putting up a fight in the ER." Point taken.

    I use the watch pocket on my jeans. It’s handy even if you are pocket carrying.

    ^^^ This.

    I carry two speed strips back to back so the tabs are sticking up in the middle. Seems to work well for the most part. Also generally have a speedloader along with the gun in the right pocket.

    I use Tuff speed strip pouches: https://www.amazon.com/TUFF-Double-Q...-31&th=1&psc=1

    Now that jacket weather is back, I’ll just toss HKS speedloaders in my jacket pocket. I’ll also toss an M642 in my jacket pocket as well.

    That's not possible.

    1. A Galco 2x2x2 pouch, which accomodates a Speed Strip nicely, carried upsidedown on my belt;

    2. A Tactical Tailor cell phone case, which will hold several Speed Strips (or 2 HKS or Safariland Comp II speedloaders)

    Best, Jon

    I use a sticky mag holster on my back pocket. Fits 357 and 44 special as well. Stays in pocket when I pull the strip out. Carry it same spot I carry my spare semi mags. One muscle memory location for reload.
