    S&W pinned front sight removal

What size punch have you used? My smallest roll pin punch is 1/16th, and that appears a little too big. Looking to replace the front sights on a couple j frames with XS fronts that will require drilling the hole to be pinned.

I’ve used a T5 Torx bit to tap one out. That’s .055 diameter.

I pawed through the drill bits till I found one small enough... and used a cut off one as a punch for my 351c.

Good idea, a 351C is one of the ones I'll be doing.
