c'mon man. It's like buying Mosins. Buy three, pick the nicest one, sell the others?

    No? It's not like that?

I think we will be seeing more of this. Screenshot this post.

That's one hell of a MG collection. Whatever went down, he'll probably never see those toys ever again.

I guess if if Stag Arms can run afoul of the ATF behind machine guns then anyone can.

Looks like he surrendered his SOT. Question is why? Hopefully retirement...

I also ran across this on GB about a month or so ago. Sienna Armory LLC had pages and pages of different items reportedly from LAV's collection. The variety of stuff was mind boggling, an incredible collection.

It’s common knowledge that he has cancer, although the stage that he was in isn’t well known. 2+2=

Hence my retirement reference. To hopefully enjoy whatever time he has left.

I have zero additional info, but if Post Samples are in possession of a dealer that is going out of business or will no longer carry their license, there is a one time exception which allows the guns to be sold to another dealer without a law enforcement letter.

Why surrender the guns to ATF and leave all that money on the table if you can liquidate them ?

I wish LAV the best but in legal terms surrender does not = seizure.

What ever might be going on is likely still under seal of the court.
