Update:

Initial impressions- build quality appears to be first rate. Long, but smooth and consistent trigger in my example. Excellent sights out of the box. Grippy in the right places. Optics ready.

Beretta needs to offer optic plates because their website has none. Also, holsters. I’ve emailed Muddy River Tactical because they offer an IWB holster for the APX Carry. I need to confirm that it’ll work with the new model prior to ordering.

My only real “ding” on it so far is the 6 and 8 round magazine capacity in a world of 12 round micro 9 guns.

It’s analogous to the Glock 43 and offers more features at a lower price point.

I checked it with mine. I get 18.2 ounces without a mag, 19.9 ounces with a mag, and 20.4 ounces with the extendo-mag. The complete slide assembly is 12.9 ounces.

The two factory mags are indeed 6 and 8. The mags pictured on page 2 at post 17 are 6-round mags.

Just bought the LE version from Buds and it came with two 6 rd mags and one 8 rounder.
