I suppose the draw here is that it's about as small as you can get a package with a 16" barrel. A CZ Evo carbine folded is about 4" longer.
I think I'd rather have a Sub2000.
It needs to have the upper slide into place instead of spin. That'd be cooler.
As is, minus the muzzle in the wrong spot, how it looks folded is how it should look all the time. Folded, it looks like a cool space gun from a sci-fi movie. Unfolded, it looks like a FeatherUSA and Hipoint carbine fucked in the Magpul aisle at Cabelas.

What are the measurements? Because looking at pictures, I would think a KelTec Sub-2000 is going to be almost half the length as the Pack9.
