Got this as an ad in my email: https://www.health.harvard.edu/promo...v-mlid=3143169

Might be useful. Haven't read it. Just FYI

The women in my family use raisins soaked in gin in a mason jar for arthritis.

    Diclofenac and Voltaren.

Both about 60 to 90 minutes before the match.

I'm not sure about this, but isn't diclofenac the active ingredent in Voltaren?

Yes, I think so. Take the Diclofenac orally and apply the Voltaren to the offending joint.

Probably doesn't work if you switch that up.

    Doctor recommended.

Do they eat it, drink it, or apply it topically. Honest question because I'm interested. My wife has a diagnosis of arthritis in her foot. I took some advice here about a topical crème that helped her.

I hate Gin. Distilled from Juniper berries? Might as well be potatoes.

Maybe the bio chemist could shed some light on this?

OK. Thanks. I'm a yuge fan of the Foxfire books. Lots to learn.

The closer to keto that I eat, the better all of my joints feel. I've got arthritis in my hands and knees and multiple surgeries to...hell, everything...but especially knees and elbows.

I’m looking at the topical analgesics—Blue Emu looks interesting and has good reviews for efficacy.

I am going to talk to my GP before trying voltaren… I have a history of stroke and a not-minor heart defect, so that might not be an option.

Also, apparently getting shmammered on gin-fruit is an option.
Well, you may be a man. You may be a leprechaun. Only one thing’s for sure… you’re in the wrong basement.
