The one collector gun I have is a pre 64 .375 owned by a missionary in Africa. It has a notch in the stock for every elephant he took with it. He would sell the ivory to fund the church.

Beautiful gun. The color case hardening and walnut is amazing. 6+1 of .375 H&H would be handy at times I bet.

I guess if I had that rifle, I'd probably have a private jet, too. Which is the only way I'd take that rifle to Africa! 😁
