    Based on the audio landscaping and buildings in the background, it looked and sounded like Latin America to me. Not that it excuses the abysmal "training" exercise.

    I don't see anything that indicates that. It sounded like Spanish was being spoken, so I'll go with really bad 3rd world "training".
