Not super fancy, but newly arrived. Andrews Custom Leather McDaniel ll. I was kind of on the fence about the single loop located that far back when I ordered, but I can say in the two weeks I've had it, I am extremely satisfied. The quality is excellent, and the retention is exactly how I like it. Did not require use of a plastic bag to make it slick enough to draw from, but it does have an audible "snick" when it seats all the way in. Almost sounds like kydex clicking.
With TT Gunleather double mag carrier.

Not really fancy leather, but I made a few holsters this week.
The first one is a copy of a civilian half-flap holster for a 1860 Colt. The second one is a Threepreson’s holster for a Smith & Wesson 625. I need to change up a few things on the Threepersons holster and from now on I will use a strap instead of the thumb loop. But it will work for a woods gun.
Got my GP100 holster from Milt Sparks. I am out of town, but the wife sent me these pictures of the holster that came in (order date was 10-14-21). I am excited to get this, I think it is a pretty good looking holster.

Oldest daughter is leaving in a few days to work as a cowboy/wrangler in the wilderness area of Idaho.
I gave her my 2.5" M19 to use.
She will be packing it in a rig from the Milt Sparks shop.
The first couple loads will be snake shot, then some heavy 170 grain Keith SWCs.
The kid has no idea how lucky she is!
She did smell the holster though when I handed it to her, which made me laugh.
I have always liked the smell of new leather gear. She is a chip off the old block.
I'll bet I have a dozen holsters for my K frames. This is the latest. It's designed for speed shooting and I use it for Steel Challenge and my 617. You don't draw .22s but I'd rather carry in a holster than having to bag and unbag between stages. My bag just carries my extra ammo, cleaning gear and screwdriver with spare parts. That's enough.
I keep my speed loaders on my belt so that I can reload between strings.
