Southwest Precision Arms for optic milling?

I was about to go with Agency Arms for their AOS system for two Glocks, but the 5+ month turn around time and possibility of more lock down bull-schnitzel non sense has me wanting to send business to a State that is more free compared to California where Agency is. EDIT: I'm afraid that new lockdowns will increase the turn around time and/or make it difficult for me to get my slides back from CA, especially with possible, although possibly unlikely, interstate travel restrictions that have been talked about by sleepy Joe's administration.

I'm in AZ and AJ Zito referred me to https://swprecisionarms.com/glock-optic-cut/ which are about 2 hrs away from me. AJ has a great reputation and I value his referral, and looking at their website they seem legit, so I'm seriously considering them, but I just thought I'd check in here as well.
I'm just looking to get two RMR pattern optic cuts done at this point.

They describe that "We cut our optics to a depth of .150" and always machine locating tabs for proper optic alignment," and they offer cerkote or black nitride.

That's the typical milling depth correct? I would opt for the black nitride unless you guys talk me out of it.

Also has anyone gotten optic milling or other work from them? Experiences?

    Thanks!

Since nobody seems to have any experience with them, I'll report back after I get the work done, if I end up going with them, which I'll probably end up doing.

Southwest Precision is the company a lot of my old SWAT buddies used for optics cuts. I haven’t used them but I’ve heard good things.
Just a dog chauffeur that used to hold the dumb end of the leash.

I’ve got one of their comps that I really like, but that’s all I can add to this there’s other than gratuitous gun porn.

I love the gratuitous gun porn!

Very slick looking pistol indeed, especially with that comp! Does that set up favor any particular ammo/spring weight, or will it run anything pretty much? That will have to be my next project, setting up a pistol for an RDS AND a comp.

Also it bodes well for me that you like the comp.

EDIT: what's the depth of the optic cut on that pistol, and are those GL-429's ? I'd be very happy with that set up I think.

That’s a brownells slide and it the deepest cut I’ve found. I’ll break out my calipers tonight and post up some pics. Here’s the brownells pocket info:

Am I trippin' or do I see 0.280" on that ? I didn't think it is possible to have an optic cut so deep?! Then again my dial caliper GunFu is weak

Those Brownells slides do look good...I may pick one up for one of my Gen3's.

    Many thanks for your input!
