I had emailed him on 8/4, through the website address, about what seemed to be a counterfeit SCD on ebay and he replied within a couple of hours.

My brother broke the same pin on his gen4 SCD in 2019 and I pm’d Tom. I think he’d be ok with me posting a portion of his response. Needless to say he took care of it.
