I agree with everything you said. But the deafening silence regarding TAU and the SCD especially in the face of what started this conversation - a potential warranty issue - just doesn't seem right. If I'm kicking a sacred cow here, so be it.

I don't disagree, Larry. I even reached out to Tom, though I specifically left a message to state I was only inquiring after their wellbeing and not about the device. I was answered a few days later with a text stating that all was well. Beyond that, I have no idea why legitimate product inquiries have gone unanswered.
