Sounds like the 21 makes the most sense.

I think there's something about the grip on the big G20/21 that allows some of us a perfect trigger reach. This is my G20 with the grip reduced to G29 size. This target was 12 yards, 10 shots, with stout 40 S&W handloads, using a Lone Wolf conversion barrel. It shoots full house 10mm ammo just as well. It's ugly, but man this gun shoots really well for me, and conceals very easily in an IWB holster.
Ordinary guy
And that's a great "feeding my bad ideas" post. 🤣 I've wondered about a similar mod to a G21. If I was flush with cash, I'd probably get a G21 AND a G41, and have the G21 cut down like your G20.
But I'm not flush, AND I'M NOT LOOKING FOR A NEW CARRY GUN. (That's just me yelling at myself.....)
The trigger reach on the G20 frame size is perfect for me. Even if the last finger groove leaves my pinkie right on top of a raised bit. I don't notice it while shooting.

FWIW, my Gen 4 G21, using the factory night sights, from sandbag rest, with my handloads (don't tell Gaston) fired a five shot
4 1/2 inch group at 100 yards......that's not a misprint.
25 yard sand bagged groups usually one ragged hole, maybe 1 inch. Fifty yard groups ran around 3 inches for some reason.

And with the 21 you could shoot 45 Super if you want 10mm power.
There's a Blue Label 41 at the gun store that I swear winked at me when I was paying on my Keltec P-32 lawaway.

I think I'm going G21.
I have no illusion that hitting your numbers is going to be easy for me though.
My eyes make 25 yard bullseye work very, very challenging these days. I have to wiggle my eyes up-and-down rapidly many days just to get crystallized protein out of the way so I can see the front sight and maybe the bullseye. Repeat for every shot. Even on days where the crystals are in a better spot, I have real trouble resolving anything as small as 1"at 25 yards.
Yet I want a centerfire bullseye gun.
Up yours, logic!
Sadly enough, cloverleafs at 10 yards make me pretty happy these days.

One of the last classes I went to I came in second on the walk back drill with a G21 with the crappy plastic sights. Beat more than a couple guys with dots. G21s shoot. I prefer the gen 3 to the 4 in this case.
