    So, there's all these DEA cocaine cowboys standing around, all of whom I'm assuming are smart enough to have graduated from college, and not one of them thought to ask their fake smuggler "Uh, did your boss say it was okay to use his truck?"

    It's really hard for one person to come up with an idea like that. There had to be a committee involved at some point.
