Eating bark and what about fat?

Found this interesting. I've bought some local wild food books and watch the deer, ducks and geese scamper around. However, if it came to that, I'm screwed. Yet, the nearby woods might make a salad for a couple of days. However, if I want to hunt for 'fat', I'd be better off in the cookie aisle of WalMart.

It is fun to scope out the edibles though when you hike. Got lots of cat tails sprouting up all around me. There's a lot of local wild food groups and courses, that were shut down by Covid. Hope they start up.

    Soooo much clickbait.

Doc, if you are anything like me you have a few months of fat saved up in your calorie blister. In searching for fat, fish and foul are your friends.

If you happen upon wild wagyu, (not really a thing) or feral beef/pork/my current fatass malinois you will be fine.

Some people have fat little dogs around here. Just a fun article.
