Hey--that's not a Cornholio. It's the new Mastermind Appendix Carry Pillow-Wedge! But I guess you could use it that way also.

That got really weird.
Haven’t you ever played cornhole with your grandparents?

I wear a medium size glove. A Glock 19 fits me well. The gold standard for a one and done self defense pistol as many here have opined is a Glock 19, especially if you are not a “gun guy”. It is never the wrong answer, but might not be the “best” answer. Your clothing and holster/belt combo will also have a bearing. Even more fundamental, is there a trigger system you prefer? Striker fired, DA/SA, Cocked & Locked, LEM, DAO, DAK?
The first indication a bad guy should have that I'm dangerous is when his
disembodied soul is looking down at his own corpse wondering what happened.
Let me jump in here. Some people soon tire of walking around with a heavy pistol. So keep that in mind. My opinion is that holster selection will be more critical than than choice of pistol. We have members who also are holster manufacturers. Each has expended great effort in designing outstanding products. Take advantage of their knowledge.
