Anyone producing one-off optic adapter plates?

Is there anyone out there doing one-off custom adapter plates?

I have an original P320 X5 (Romeo1 footprint) and would like a plate to mount an Aimpoint Acro that incorporates a backup rear sight. I do not want to alter the slide.

I know it's possible, I just need to find someone willing to make one.

Short answer- yes but I do not recommend the route I took.

Long(er) answer is I had CHPWS do this for a 509T on a R1 cut XCarry, but they wanted to modify the slide to R1Pro, delivered in 5 months on a quoted 3-4 week lead time, and they (including Buck the owner) were not pleasant to deal with. Subsequently the screws they installed securing plate to slide came loose after approximately 500 rounds, which I fixed and have not contacted them due to poor CS experience. The plate itself is nice enough, but I would not suggest using CHPWS for custom work.
Anything I post is my opinion alone as a private citizen.
