I have already been to the meat market this morning where I picked up pork tenderloin and hamburger meat. Thank goodness for the hamburger. Otherwise, after reading this thread, I would have had to make another grocery run to buy beef just because.

Those researchers need to listen to Science Friday on NPR. A few weeks ago they were talking about a study where they added a small amount of seaweed to a cow's diet and it reduced the belching of methane by up to 50%(found this article).
We don't need to eat less beef, we need to adjust the cow's diet.

Or China could quit spewing carbon emissions at vastly higher than the US rate and we can keep enjoying beef.
