I ordered some 10mm ammo for my Dan Wesson Specialist. It is 200 grain , aluminum case and not brass. Can I expect it to function fine?

Thanks.
It's been 10 years or more since I shot any of that, but when I did, it ran fine through a Glock 20. It isn't super hot.
If you are one of the handful of people that own a MP5/10, you are in for a long day because MP5s hate aluminum case ammo, but I doubt that is your use case.
I was into 10mm Auto before it sold out and went mainstream, but these days I'm here for the revolver and epidemiology information.
I've fired a couple cases of Blazer ammo through various 9mm pistols without problems.
I bought some of that last year right before Covid hit, good stuff, ran fine in G20, I found the lot I got to be sorta hot.
I have shot a fair amount of it and would be happy to shoot it again.
Come to think of it, I haven’t had an issue with any of the thousands of rounds of blazer in all calibers I’ve shot over the years.
I shot 50 rounds today thru my Specialist 10mm today. No failures of any kind! Not too hot for sure but accurate and reliable. I called Dan Wesson today after posting this thread since I am still in “break-in” mode. They said it is fine to run it, won’t hurt pistol, but if you get jamming issues with aluminum cases don’t be surprised. I was pleasantly surprised. I am running the Specialist wet and it is definitely getting broken in. Love the pistol!
Pre chinese virus, my go to 9mm ammo was Walmart red box Federal in either brass or aluminum or CCI independence aluminum. Both of those were 100% so I suspect your 10mm will be fine.
