I wonder if anyone knows what @Dagga Boy used when he blew out his hip (with his "tactical walker").

A Safariland ALS holster combined with (either) a Safariland Tactical MOLLE adapter ('TMA') or a Safariland Small MOLLE Adapter Plate, affixed inside just about any MOLLE-lined backpack, or briefcase, or messenger bag, might work.

I would suggest a shoulder holster, a crossdraw holster worn in front of the hip such as Ken Null's driving holster (model VAM), or a Coronado Leather jacket or vest with a gun pocket.

Thanks for the suggestions so far, I appreciate them! The individual wants something moderately discrete.

Would AIWB or cross draw with an untucked shirt be an option? Those are both pretty easy to access while seated in a vehicle, though I think it would depend on the person’s size relative to the dimensions of the chair’s arm rests for wheel chair use. Depending on how the person is willing to dress, the suggestions to try a shoulder holster might be good options too. They were common for pilots in the military due to them generally being in a seated position in a cramped space.

I used the Solo shoulder rig with a Kahr K40 with good success. It should work equally well with the P365. Higher in the armpit is better.

Sam's Carjacker Crossdraw would work well seated, but not so discreet.
