Is anyone here using a cell phone signal booster antenna for a vehicle?

I bought this one, but it seems to barely help and I see that most of the ranchers and energy industry workers in the West or using some variant of what the exterior antenna looks like this, but I'm not sure as to which exact booster they're using.

I haven't had to use cell phone boosters for several years.

Inductively coupling an antenna at GHz frequencies is a bit of an engineering challenge. Manufacturing consistency is very important to minimize signal loss. All that being said, I did look for an online guide to options, and ran across this article by PC Magazine on cell booster options, these days:

I use this WeBoost Drive 4G-M Cellular Signal Booster Kit in my service truck, and it works well.

Another vote for the we-boost - I had one in a work truck for a while and it helped but it wasn't remarkable. I had the version for semi trucks. Ran $500 or so if I remember right.
