I think this was back around 1970 when surplus M-1 carbines were being sold for a few hundred bucks. IIRC Universal was in the business of selling carbines made up from mostly USGI parts, for awhile.

I'd really love to make fun of that dudes hair, and laugh at the idea of holstering an M1 Carbine instead of just using a sling.

But I see this and instead, it just makes me miss the world where it was okay, even respected, to be a hetero 'manly' man that was in good physical shape, tucked his shirt in, and liked manly things like carrying an M1 Carbine because 'Fuck you, I like my M1 Carbine'

I honestly can't recall his name but P&S sounds very familiar and the "aiming device" in the video looks like a lighter version of what I recall so I would bet that is the guy.

I was going to put that here, but recalled a thread about it here at some point in the past I commented on. They actually called me about a demo/T&E years ago. Feelings were hurt. That thing was/is criminally stupid. It may even still be around.

It might actually be the worst firearms related idea I’ve ever heard of. I can’t think of anything worse right now and I’m trying. You ever see those memes of a revolver with the barrel bent backwards like a sideways “U” so the bullet would hit the shooter? If those guns were real, they’d be worse than the orange ball but as it is, the orange ball reigns supreme.
