    JMCK Enigma/Clutch shell

I have been discussing a dedicated shell for the Enigma with Tony at JM over the past month. With his move to Texas behind him, he focused on a solution with the following design objectives — fixed retention, minimum volume, clean design with none of the blocking and attachments of a traditional holster, modest cost, and ENOUGH knuckle clearance that you don’t shred your middle finger knuckle on the edge of the Enigma carrier. This shell for the Shield Plus 3.1 and 4 inch models showed up yesterday, and I mounted it on an Enigma this morning. It came out perfectly, and this is a front and back view of it.

This shows the knuckle clearance, and my knuckle is a bit permanently swollen from a twenty year ago climbing injury.

Tomorrow morning, shells arrive for the 365 XL and 43X/48 MOS, which I will promptly mount to confirm fit and function. Believe shells for the M&P Compact and Glock 17/19 are on the way soon. These should work in a Unity Clutch and similar application. Tony believes these will be available on the JM website in the next week.

Take my money for a 365 (hopefully a true to size version for the Enigma) and hopefully a 92 if possible.

Excellent. I will be in for a 48 version if I can ever get an Enigma.
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

Mine is in the mail for my G19. I just need my G19 slide to get back from getting milled.

FedEx truck just dropped off the shells for the 365 and 43 pistols. Look good and will get them mounted to the Enigmas to test further.

Well, I really didn't need to spend any more money on gun stuff... but I guess that isn't going to be an option for me.

Very much appreciate the photos, do you have the 365 shell
mounted in the lower 2 holes?
I'm with dontshakepandas, over the last 90 days, my ammo and accessories budget has blown past my 6 month line but...
I expect I'll be in touch with Tony soon enough.
Look forward to your thoughts after some practicable use.
