Local store/range had a S&W demo day yesterday. I did not go, I wanted to SHOOT which I did today. But I asked John what was to be seen.

He said Smith will be offering a Plastic M&P 2.0 Compact CORE.

He said one of the red dot companies, I forget which, will be offering dots to fit iron sight dovetails.
Which seems an advantage if you are not yet prepared to buy a new gun or have your old one expensively machined but would like a lower line of sight than the various scab on adapters.
