The 9th Circuit took it en banc in November 2018. The panel* was based on judges who were part of the 9th Circuit as of 11/2018. In 11/2018 the 9th Circuit was still heavily weighted toward judges appointed by Democrat presidents. There was speculation at the time that en banc was granted relatively quickly to ensure a panel with "the right composition."
*In the 9th Circuit, en banc cases are not heard by the entire Circuit. It's not really en banc as applied by other circuits, but more like a super-panel.

On a related point, I noted that the Corlett case was relisted for 4/1/2021 by SCOTUS today, surviving its first conference. Fingers crossed.
