Hey, somebody posted a mountain gun recently from a local shop. I'm selling off all my Berettas because I haven't touched them in a couple years and need a mountain gun so if you guys remember that post or can find one I'd be appreciative.

The post was for a .45 colt. I'd be ok with a ACP. Im following the ones on GunBroker. The link was to a local shop.

A Hanen Special up for grabs. If I read the serial number correctly, it's from the fourth run.
I'd be interested, except for just buying my "Grail" car.
    Go get it.
I would have bought it, but I hate nickel guns.

I think maybe this is the one you're thinking of: https://www.oakwoodarmsllc.com/in-st...volver-4337007
If so, it was several pages back--I remembered it as I, too, have a WEAKNESS for Mountain Guns...

really rare old pony for sale by local FFL - .41 Colt content

Nick Carver is a local FFl who I use for transfers etc. He's a good dude. @olstyn introduced us.
He has a 1903 Colt New Army "Civilian" model in .41 Colt for sale, with reloaded ammunition.

    From his e-mail ad:

    "From the PaleFaceArms Collectors Corner.

If you ever wanted a nice old Colt this could be the one.

    Colt "NEW ARMY" civilian model---RARE
    Model #1895
    .41 Colt double/single action
    4 1/2 inch barrel
    6 shot revolver
Manufactured in 1903 according to the serial number located on the butt of the grip

This gun is in great condition with some light holster wear. All the mechanics appear to operate and lock up tight as can be.

There's also 45 rounds included. Probably reloads and I don't know who loaded them or how. Shoot at your own risk or deconstruct them and reload them yourself.

$650 out the door!!! Not a penny less or I'd rather just keep it myself.

Please review the pictures and ask any questions you might have. I have not fired this gun and any used gun must be certified by a licensed gunsmith before firing. This firearm is sold in “as is” condition and it will always be that way!!! Disclaimer.

I can think of at least 3 reasons why I don’t need that. The want is strong but fortunately the wallet is flat…

    Relisted 1998 model 15: https://www.gunbroker.com/Item/959806236

Sold last sunday for $431. Relisted because ???

Also, not revolver but several trade-in Sig 226s, looks like 2000-2001 year models: https://www.gunbroker.com/Semi-Auto-...me=Sig%20Sauer

That would be pre-Cohen with the updated Pine Tree / Ruger one-piece slide, wouldn't it? $500ish apiece. Thought about one but I never jumped back on the TDA train. Maybe someone with more Sig knowledge can comment but IIRC that was the tail end of the 226's glory years before they got Cohenized? I wonder how much it'd cost to have the finish touched up and new springs installed.

Not very bright but does lack ambition
That 15 is sweet, but I’ve been spending money like a drunken sailor.
