Slightly less pricy on a Buy Now but possibly modified as well:

Saw it looking at their listings earlier today. I've bought from 3157Mike about three times now. Good seller and generally reasonably priced. Not familiar enough with the CS-1 market though to know if this is a decent price or not. Wish the nickel 12 they have listed was a round butt since I've been looking for a 2", nickel, rb.

As per the GB ad: “Looks like the previous owner might have made some modifications of their own. The stainless-steel finish is not a brushed stainless. Looks like it has been polished. The front sight is not a pinned black serrated ramp, but a pinned serrated stainless-steel ramp with a green insert. The 3” full lug barrel has been ported. I could not find any information to let me know if the CS 1’s were ported. It appears that the muzzle has been crowned.”

This gun has very much been modified- from the incorrect Pachmayr grips, the the sight(s), the polished finish and of course the ported barrel.
The one that sold tonight was close to original (the S&W Combat grips are add on) but a far cry in cost from the BNIB one I have from 1989- $369.99!
But they are increasingly demanding incredibly high prices online as well as in face to face transactions.

    Gunbroker appears to be broken.

FYI- that gun has been floating around on GI for sometime now… it’s undoubtedly product code 102318 or 102320, manufactured in 1989, BUT certainly NOT an NYPD gun. Very cool guns in their own right, but Model 60s designed and manufactured specifically for the NYPD were the 60-2 NY-1 as well as the 60-5.
