I wanted parts and holster commonality between the no dash I already own and this one. (the only difference between the two being the adjustable sight on my first one and the fixed rear on this one) I paid more than I wanted, but given the current environment I doubt I'd pay any less. I could have waited for the gun show at the end of the month and, if I could find one, I'd probably wind up paying nearly as much for one that wasn't in nearly the shape this one is (almost cherry).

Makes sense. I've got a 645. A -1 has kinda always been on my list... mainly because of Denzel...

But I feel like the 645 fills the Sonny Crockett niche effectively. So, it certainly has its place.

Between me and my neighbor across the street, we have enough hardware to equip the entire 'hood. My pastor also lives next door. Seeing him waving a gat while dressed in a tank top and dew rag would be absolutely epic. Now that I think of it, I was just at an LGS making a purchase and a guy came in trying to sell a Tech 9. Man, I missed the boat in the prop department.
