Of the dozen or so guns I've carried regularly over the past 15 years - the list of non-violators is short: 1911, J-Frame, LCP

Sig P220 Compact? 2nd gen anyway...
I mean it loses a bit on the 8+1 (it's 6+1, unless you decide to use full size 220 mags)...and it might be a little bit heavy...but it's close to the size of a Detonics Combat Master, and it's a DA/SA...mine's been reliable with everything I've fed it.
Sadly, good luck trying to find one..
It should fit most of your requirements otherwise; you can mount a light on it, standard Sig sights will fit it, and you can order a 220/227 Compact threaded barrel from Barsto. I should order one now that I think of it...

A bit frustrating to some degree, but looks like BUL CS took care of Reeves and the gun - so there is that. Still, something to bear in mind.
After much contemplation and shopping. I realized the ergonomic masterpiece I was looking for was in front of me the whole time. So I placed my order for one of these this morning. Going to be a long wait and it didn't come cheap, but no price is too high to pay for peace of mind.
